i loved the location! the hotel staff were really helpful and made sure my room was prepared when i arrived early, how great is that? the breakfast was so delicious, it had several tasty options and was set in a lovely space.
The tv remote was a bit temperamental. It worked but it was a slight struggle at times.

I appreciated the central location in Clifton. The rooms were very comfy and tidy. The breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly. I found the staff helpful with directions.
The room was quite small. I noticed mould on the bathroom ceiling. The music from the bar below was LOUD.

I felt very welcome by the kind staff and i found them so helpful. lara's shopping tips for our daughter were invaluable and so thoughtful. i enjoyed the flourishing garden, especially good during the springtime bloom. breakfast, afternoon tea, and dinner were marvelous. Each meal was a special moment.

Comfortable stay in clifton village

the location is superb. Clifton village offers plenty of shops, cafes and bus stops right outside the hotel. The room was super clean and warm. I found a good selection of teas, coffee, biscuits, and fruit. A tv, mini-bar, a good shower, and a bath were available.
the bedside lamp was broken. It was hanging away from the wall. not all lights in the ensuite were working, i told the reception about it when i checked out.

The reception staff was really helpful . One staff member lent me a plug for my charging cable. I ate a really good breakfast. One of the servers was attentive.
